I've been working with clients on their bodies, health, fitness, yoga and diet for 30 years and one-on-one sessions are my favourite sessions to do.

I started in the fitness industry working with 8 - 9 clients every day helping clients lose weight and gain strength with weights, boxing and other cardio, before moving across to yoga and a deeper understanding of well-being.

Together, we can achieve your goals, whether you just want one or two one-off sessions or several weekly regular sessions, I will guide you on the path that is tailored specifically to you and what is appropriate for your lifestyle to help you make lasting changes.
