Zen Ki Yoga® strengthens and tones your internal organs which has a huge effect on the external appearance of your body. You can target specific areas of your body for weight loss by learning which area of your body relates to which internal organ and meridian. For example, your bum relates directly to the strength on your bladder and your large intestine. Fix those with specific Zen Ki Yoga® asanas and specific food to strengthen the organs and make the meridian energy flow.
You will feel and see results with just the yoga, but you will make bigger changes following our food plan to help you eliminate sugar (which weakens and expands your organs and body) and you Zen Ki Yoga® makes you feel so much better and more in touch with your body's needs that it assists you in wanting to make the changes to your eating habits.
