Welcome to Back Pain Therapy 101
After years of success in helping countless students with back pain I finally have found a way to share it with everyone!
Many of my students have tried every form of therapy with chiropractors, physiotherapists, osteopaths, acupuncture etc, and have found that Zen Ki Yoga was the thing that helped them become pain free. I've even had people become teachers due to the healing affects they experienced.
Let me guide you through the steps to strengthen the structure around your spine, get the blood and energy pathways flowing and increase flexibility in the hips, hamstrings, lower back and entire back. Learn about how food affects your digestive system and your spine, and how fixing digestion can alleviate back pain. Learn how incorrect breathing can also contribute to back pain.
